Hypericum ‘Hidcote’, also known as Large-flowered St. John's Wort, is a strong and low-maintenance ornamental shrub with a long flowering period. From June to September, it blooms exuberantly with striking, bright yellow flowers featuring elegant stamens – a real eye-catcher for borders, hedges, or as a solitary plant.

This versatile shrub grows up to 150 cm tall and is suitable for both sun and partial shade. In the autumn, red to blackish berries appear, and the leaves often remain partially on the plant during mild winters. Hypericum ‘Hidcote’ attracts bees and butterflies, making it an ecologically valuable garden plant.
