RETURNS
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the online store are at your own expense. These costs are approximately 7.25 per package; please consult your carrier's website for the exact rates.
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the entrepreneur with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we may charge you for this depreciation of the product. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure that it is well packaged for a return.
To exercise this right, you can contact us at [email protected]. We will then refund the amount owed within 14 days after you have reported your return, provided the product has already been received in good order.
(Garden) Plants and trees
Legally, the consumer cannot cancel the purchase agreement of trees, shrubs, plants, and similar natural products (living products) without giving a reason. However, we are not the most difficult and are always happy to think along with you. This means that we will always look for a solution together with you. Although you cannot return trees, shrubs, plants, and similar natural products in principle, unless there is a deviation in quality, size, or damage (for example, due to transport).
If you believe that the plant does not meet the quality expectations, you can send an email to
[email protected] with one or more photos clearly showing the deficiency attached. We will then contact you about a suitable solution.
Animal feed
The buyer has the right to cancel the agreement within 14 calendar days after receiving the item
which has not been opened without giving reasons; after that, the buyer has another 14 days to return the item. The buyer must notify the cancellation by email
[email protected] to Introgreen. In case of cancellation, the item must be returned immediately and responsibly (that is: with as little risk of damage as possible).
If the packaging of the animal feed is
opened and there appears to be something wrong with the contents, please contact Introgreen immediately via email (
[email protected]), after which we will immediately look for a suitable solution.
Return shipping costs
The costs of returning a product are the responsibility of the buyer. In the case of returns by the buyer to the address of Introgreen, the risk of damage and/or loss of products remains with the buyer until the moment of delivery to the buyer. Therefore, it is advised to send the return package registered. Returns that are not sufficiently stamped will always be refused.
Confirmation of return receipt
After receiving the return shipment, you will receive a confirmation within 5 working days that Introgreen has received the package.
Inspection of return receipt
After receiving the return shipment, the ordered product will be inspected. If it is incomplete, used, damaged, or no longer resalable as 'new', Prima Diervoeding reserves the right to return the package to you at their expense or to make you a settlement proposal regarding the amount we can refund to you. Prima Diervoeding reserves the right to refuse the package and return it to you at their expense.
Refund period after returning or canceling
The total amount of the order including any paid shipping costs will be refunded within 14 days after reporting the return to the same account from which the order was paid. We may ask you to provide proof of shipment.
