Clematis montana ‘Grandiflora’ is a richly flowering, fast-growing climbing plant that produces a sea of white, fragrant flowers in spring. The flowers are smaller in size but appear in large numbers, giving this clematis an impressive flowering effect. This variety is very suitable for covering a pergola, fence, wall, or trellis.

The plant forms long, graceful tendrils that do not cling on their own. It needs some help to climb, for example with mesh, wire, or a trellis.
